Young Pioneering Company providing Outsourced Call Center Support to the Pest Control Industry Looking for Problem Solvers.

• Heavy Call Volume with multiple phone queues. Scheduling both current customers and helping to acquire New Business Clients with a Consulting Sales Approach.
• Must be able to multi-task and function on multiple platforms of communication, scheduling and documentation. Must be professional, courtesy and exercise empathy and call control.

This position will primarily focus on fielding customer service/sales calls during peak times and include heavy call volume. in both an inbound and outbound capacity. We offer a flat hourly rate plus sales commission. We currently operate from 7am-10pm EST time and operate 7 days a week must have a flexible schedule and work well both as a team and independently.
